During the federal government shutdown, the White House administration had OSHA revoke the electronic mandated rule to report all worker injuries and illnesses. This puts workers in harms’ way and protects unscrupulous supervisors and business owners.
It emboldens businesses to cut costs at the expense of worker safety.
