GENOA — Zann A. Fell, 65 of Genoa died suddenly on Thursday, July 29 at home.  

He was born on July 21, 1956 in Sycamore to Roger and Evelyn (Jaeger) Fell. He married Chris Blair on Feb. 4, 1978 and together they raised seven children.  

Zann had many hobbies over his lifetime and with each one he brought a passion and excitement that spread to all of us. He was always willing to help a friend and loved his family wholeheartedly. We will forever miss his laugh.

He is survived by his wife Chris, children Heather (Nate) Brown, Brooke (Billy) Tomlinson, Jill (Cory) Boehmer, Kelly (Zach) Collins, Aimee, Ian and Jake (Ally); grandchildren Malerie, Camryn, Rory, Masyn, Briar, McKenzie, Reese, Noah, Nash, Ryan, Luke, Raelyn, Casey (Scoob) and Chrissy; great-grandchild Maverick; mother Evelyn, sisters Kristy (Bob) Roberson, Shelley (Denny) Trothing, Sandy (Billy) Roberson, Tracy (Steve) Komadina and several nieces and nephews.    

He is preceded in death by his father, in-laws Richard and Daisy Blair and best friend Hank Skelnik. 

A celebration of life will be held Saturday,  Aug. 7  from 4-7 p.m. at the Slater-Butala Funeral Home,  132 W. Main St. Genoa, IL 60135.
