OREGON – If you have not been to a sale at “the barn,” home of the BREAST Yard Sale, you are missing an experience of a lifetime.
The second annual sale will be held July 30 through Aug. 2. Join us for at 1194 Mud Creek Road, Oregon. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or call 815-973-2050 if running late.
This year is even bigger than previous sales. Several donations were made from people moving out of state or selling their homes, plus we continue to downsize. Tools, toys and tchotchkes of all sorts will fill the barn. Pet Supplies – cats and dogs. Remodeling? We have it! Floor tiles, fixtures, like-new cooktop, wall mounted oven and rangehood. Gardening and yard work – shovels, rakes, five lawn mowers, and plant pots. Want to relax? Sporting equipment: fishing gear and hunting items. There will also be a collection of tools, construction and automotive. Household items – something for every room. Many vintage items including wagon wheels and 5-gallon oil cans.
We have a gem in Northern Illinois. It is a place that is compassionate and peaceful. It is called Serenity Hospice and Home. It’s time to support this “home” that serves many with love. All proceeds from this sale will be donated to Serenity.
