ROCHELLE — A Celebration of Life will be held for Carol Weidmann on May 5 at the Lincoln Arts Center at 108 S. Main St. in Rochelle from 4-6 p.m. Attendees can enter through the front door. A program and special dedication will begin at 5 p.m. Weidmann passed away earlier this year and was a founding member of Vince Carney Community Theatre in 1981 and served on the VCCT board for over 40 years. Her talents and enthusiasm were invaluable in helping bring quality live entertainment to Rochelle. There will be light snacks and desserts. Dress is casual.
