Adam Kinzinger took to social media on July 30, 2018 to laud former president Eisenhower’s action on the national motto, “in God we trust.” That same day, Reverend Stork spoke before an audience of some 175 citizens and declared that 50 faith leaders have endorsed Sara Dady for congress.
Rev. Stork spoke at a community forum hosted by Action for a Better Tomorrow (ABT), an Indivisible group. ABT invited two guests: Sara Dady, a progressive democrat and small business owner; and Adam Kinzinger, the incumbent representative who did not show up.
As I observed members in my community engaging in the civic process, I noticed two things:
