ROCHELLE — Rochelle City Council members voted to delete one Class B liquor license for The Wine Barrel (306 Lincoln Highway) during Monday’s meeting at City Hall. The action resulted in the City of Rochelle’s number of Class B liquor licenses being lowered to 10 total licenses.
