ROCHELLE – Rochelle Municipal Utilities will offer two evenings for after-hours appointments where customers can learn more about their bills or have questions answered.
“We recognize that not all customers are able to stop into our office during regular business hours,” City Manager Jeff Fiegenschuh said. “Every customer is valuable to us and we want to be accessible to everyone.”
Customers are invited to schedule a 20-minute appointment with the city manager and customer service supervisor on Tuesday, Oct. 12 between 4-6 p.m. or Wednesday, Oct. 13 between 5-7 p.m. at City Hall in Rochelle.
City staff will generate additional reports on customer usage for each appointment. Appointments must be scheduled in advance by contacting Jenny Thompson at jthompson@rochelleil.us or 815-561-2006.
As always, RMU Customers may visit or call the office at 333 Lincoln Hwy. during regular business hours or visit www.rmu.net. Staff is available to analyze bills and address any questions or concerns.
