Six advance to district FFA competition

ROCHELLE — Six members of the Rochelle FFA Chapter have advanced to district competition after competing in sectional proficiencies at Stillman Valley High School Tuesday.
The six members advanced based on excellence of their Supervised Agricultural Experience.
Advancing
Those advancing to district competition March 7 include:
Amanda Headon, first place, equine science;
Noah Simmons, first place, home and community development;

Kylee Sanderson, first place, poultry production;
Abby Wagner, first place, outdoor recreation;
Zeke Horn, first place, diversified livestock production;
Mark Hopkins, first place, beef entrepreneurship.
Others that competed Tuesday include:  
Mary Coglianese interviewed in ag communications
Trent Simmons placed second in food service
Kylee Sanderson placed second in vegetable production
Zach Capes placed second in turfgrass management
and Zeke Horn placed second in sheep production.
