ROCHELLE — Good Time Oldies 1060 WRHL and 102.3 The Coyote invites families with small children and kids with special needs to the Trick or Treat “Safe House” on Thursday, Oct. 26 at the Comfort Inn and Suites of Rochelle. For the 11th consecutive year, the entire first floor of the hotel will be transformed into “Trick-or-Treat Street” from 5-7 p.m.
“This event is free and fun for children in fifth grade or under, and those with special needs,” said Good Time Oldies 1060 and The Coyote’s General Manager Gary Petersen. “The event is designed with the younger kids in mind, and we ask that all children be accompanied by an adult at all times.”
WRHL and Coyote staff, and many area businesses will pass out candy, have a first floor space to decorate and be able to greet the folks as the children pass through in a very safe, fun, and friendly environment. And, 102.3 The Coyote will be broadcasting from the event.
