ROCHELLE — Fireworks will take place at Atwood Park on Sunday, July 4 starting at dusk. There will also be music from the Municipal Band and food from Ralfie’s BBQ and Candy Cloud Company. Festivities end at 10 p.m.
The city’s 4th of July parade will start at 1 p.m. on Sunday in downtown Rochelle and proceed to Cooper Park.
A fly-in, movie and fireworks will take place at the Rochelle Municipal Airport on July 2 and 3.
Rochelle’s Movie In The Park will take place Friday, July 2 at Helms Field at Jones Road and 9th Street. Doors open at 8 p.m. and the movie begins at dusk. Disney’s “Coco” will be shown.
