Church hosting drive-thru Christmas Bazaar

OREGON – St. Mary Church is having its annual Christmas Bazaar this year with a twist: it’s completely drive-through.
You can attend the Bazaar without leaving your car. It will be on Saturday, Dec. 5 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the St. Mary Parish Center in Oregon. The event will include lunch, raffles, and cookies.

Lunch will be available to purchase for $10. This consists of a jumbo loaded baked potato, a cup of chili, and a supersized brownie. Toppings on the potato include butter, sour cream, cheese sauce, broccoli, and bacon, all served on the side.
The Catholic Daughters of the Americas will be there selling assorted homemade cookies for $5 a dozen. Pre-orders are appreciated but not required. Pre-order forms are available at the St. Mary Parish Center office.
There will be several raffles available this year as well. The Chicago Zoological Society/Brookfield Zoo has generously donated 6 zoo admission tickets with parking and admission to all the attractions, a package worth $345. Tickets for this raffle are $10 a piece or 3 for $25.
Other raffle items include a handmade quilt made and donated by Fran Kaminski, an end table made and donated by Mark Kramer, two gift card packages for Oregon restaurants and stores, and a 50/50 raffle. These tickets go for $1 a piece or 6 for $5. Tickets can be purchased the day of the Bazaar or ahead of time at the Parish office.
