ROCHELLE — The City of Rochelle recently released its 2024 events schedule.

March will see the city’s hiring expo on March 7, the Lucky Hub Dash on March 9, and the Easter Eggstravaganza on March 30.

April will see the Fireman’s Ball on April 13 and the CAN Food Truck Festival on April 13.

May will see the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta on May 4, and Railroad Days from May 18-19.

June will see the Movie in the Park on June 21 and the Outdoor Market on June 29.

July will see the Independence Day Celebration on July 5, Flight Deck Fireworks on July 6, and the Outdoor Market on July 27.

August will see National Night Out on Aug. 6, Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival from Aug. 16-18, and the Outdoor Market on Aug. 24.

September will see the Outdoor Market take place on Sept. 28.

Hay bales will be on display for the whole month of October. That month will also see the CAN Food Truck Festival on Oct. 19, Trick or Treat Safehouse on Oct. 24, the Outdoor Market on Oct. 26, the Vein Drain Blood Drive on Oct. 30, and Trick or Treat on Oct. 31.

November will see the Two-Ton Food Drive on Nov. 21 and Small Business Saturday on Nov. 30.

December will see Giving Tuesday on Dec. 3 and the Old-Fashioned Christmas Walk on Dec. 6.
