Flagg Township Supervisor Bob Withrow (far right) presented the City of Rochelle with a $40,000 check to support the Restart Rochelle Small Business Grant Program. On Monday, Dec. 14, the Rochelle City Council announced a third round of grant funds available to the restaurants and bars that continue to be affected by the state’s COVID-19 related closures.
