ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Hub freshman football team earned its second win of the season on Monday evening, defeating the Dixon Dukes 20-8. Andrew Eyster rushed for a 2-yard touchdown and a 3-yard touchdown for the Hubs (2-0, 0-0 Interstate 8), whose next freshman game will be against Morris on Friday.
Cohen Haedt connected with Tyson Pavlak for a 3-yard touchdown pass near the end of the first half. Luke Chadwick recorded two interceptions to lead the defense, while Mason Bolhous added one sack.
