ROCHELLE — The Bearrows Real Estate and Auction Co. Lucky Hub Dash will take place March 12.

Registration for the Rochelle Chamber of Commerce event begins at 11 a.m. and the race starts at noon in the Holcomb Bank parking lot. Participants can sign up at Eventbrite.com by searching Lucky Hub Dash.

Third through eighth grade students are invited to run in the race and the chamber asks them to being a nonperishable food item for donation to the Rochelle Christian Food Pantry as their entry fee. Email rochellechamber@gmail.com to register or contact your school office.

There will be a most festivite dress contest for adult runners and youth runners with prizes donated from chamber members. The chamber encourages everyone to wear everything green that day. 

There will be a stretching station, photo booth, green beer (over 21 years old) and green Gatorade for all youth runners.

"The Lucky Hub Dash is always a fun event and is a fun way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day,” Chamber Executive Director Tricia Herrera said. “We enjoy seeing all the runners and especially the kids that join in on the fun. You don't have to be a  seasoned runner to participate as the Dash is a go at your own pace run. The whole family can just come out to have a great small town fun time that day. "
