ROCHELLE — Hope of Ogle County recognized Kathy Pfeiffer on Friday, June 18th for her 10 years of volunteer service at their non-profit thrift store, Hope Chest Twice Loved Boutique.

Kathy has given her time and talents from the very beginning of Hope Chest's creation. Hope Chest is located at 411 Lincoln Hwy in downtown Rochelle.

All proceeds go to supporting survivors of domestic violence. Kathy's service is greatly appreciated and an integral part to keeping Hope Chest up and running, a press release said.

Hope Chest is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Clean, nice, gently-used donations may be dropped off at the back of the store Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“We thank Kathy for her dedication and passion to the mission of Hope of Ogle County,” the release said. “Thank you, Kathy, for being a champion for domestic violence survivors in your community.”
