ROCHELLE — On June 7 at 10:55 p.m. Pedro R. Basulto, 40, of DeKalb was arrested for possession of controlled substance. He was released on a notice to appear with a July 12 Ogle County court date.

On June 8 at 2:24 p.m. Faviola Escobar, 29, of Rockford was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. She signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 8 at 9:49 p.m. Eddie Barbee, 41, of Paw Paw was arrested on an outstanding DeKalb County warrant and transferred.

On June 9 at 1:44 a.m. Jacob O. Mohr, 27, of Malta was cited for no valid registration, no insurance, and speeding 49 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 9 at 3:57 p.m. Joseph Solano, 18, of Rochelle was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 10 at 12:42 p.m. a 15-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license and cited for failure to yield right of way. She signed a promise to comply and was given a July 12 Rochelle court date.

On June 10 at 1:47 p.m. Manapbek Katkeldiev, 62, of Palatine was cited for overweight on gross. He was released on a notice to appear with a July 12 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
