On Oct. 11 at 11:31 a.m. Paul D. Roe, 64, of Dixon was cited for speeding 50 in a 35 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Nov. 1 Rochelle court date.
On Oct. 11 at 11:01 a.m. Benjamin O. Counts, 24, of Dixon was cited for speeding 50 in a 35 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Nov. 1 Rochelle court date.
On Oct. 11 at 2:14 p.m. Alexander Belmonte, 34, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.
On Oct. 11 at 7:20 p.m. Zackary R. Helser, 19, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license and cited for operating an uninsured vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Nov. 1 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 12 at 9:26 a.m. Brian Kopp. 54, of Davenport, Iowa was cited for speeding 58 in a 35 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Nov. 15 Rochelle court date.
On Oct. 14 at 2:22 p.m. Yenser M. Cabrera Puerto, 27, of Jasper was arrested for no valid driver’s license and cited for no proof of registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Nov. 15 Rochelle court date.
