ROCHELLE — On Sept. 17 at 12:32 a.m. Emilio S. Nava, 23, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.
On Sept. 17 at 3:09 p.m. Richard E. Wesemann, 68, of Marengo was cited for overweight-gross. He was released on a notice to appear with an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.
On Sept. 17 at 7:07 p.m. Dayron A. Gonzalez, 25, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license and cited for speeding and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.
On Sept. 19 at 3:52 p.m. Michael Mayotte, 72, of Geneva was cited for speeding 65 in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.
On Sept. 19 at 10:01 p.m. Adam Trejo Gabriel, 24, of Rockford was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.
On Sept. 19 at 10:39 p.m. Orlando Perez Gonzalez, 47, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 62 in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
