ROCHELLE — From The Heart, the non-profit arm of the Rochelle Rotary Club that raises money for eight local charities, was the Rochelle Rotary Club’s From The Heart 2022 Cash Calendar winner on Jan. 1.
The organization won the $1,000 daily prize. Just shy of 4,500 cash calendars were sold for 2022. There is a winner for each day of the calendar. Winners are drawn randomly and entrants can win more than once. Many local businesses and organizations who purchased 2022 cash calendars wanted the monetary prize, if won, to be donated back to either the From The Heart organization or to one of the eight charities the organization supports.
