ROCHELLE – Northern Rehab Physical Therapy Specialists is pleased to announce and present their annual 2021 Rochelle Township High School Sports and Health Scholarship to Ayah Sbeih.

Sbeih, a senior at RTHS, was chosen for her outstanding achievements in athletics, academics and choice to pursue a career in the healthcare field. Sbeih played sports during high school including four years of soccer and two years of basketball.

She has been an Interact Club member for the past four years, a Student Connect member for three years, and served a two-year term as Secretary for Student Council. She has twice received the Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Performance in Honors Geometry and Anatomy/Physiology.

She has volunteered with Feed My Starving Children and her local fire department. This fall, Ayah plans to attend the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana focusing on a career as a Physician Assistant. 

This is the fifth year Northern Rehab has sponsored a scholarship for Rochelle High School seniors and will continue to support this annually. Northern Rehab is pleased to acknowledge the sportsmanship, athletic and academic excellence and competitive spirit displayed by this year’s recipient.
