ROCHELLE — The Hubs varsity football team will look to keep its postseason run alive when No. 8 Rochelle (7-3) battles No. 1 Johnsburg (10-0) on the road this weekend in the second round of the IHSA Class 4A Playoffs.

Kickoff is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. The game will be played at Johnsburg High School, with the winner advancing to the quarterfinals the following weekend. Rochelle faced the Skyhawks earlier this season, falling 40-22 at Johnsburg.

Johnsburg High School (2002 W. Ringwood Road, Johnsburg, IL, 60051-8573)

1. From Rochelle Township High School, turn left onto E. Flagg Road, then turn left onto N. 7th St.
2. Take N. 7th St. to E. State Route 64 then turn right. Merge left onto N. Interstate 39 after 2.5 miles.
3. Stay on N. Interstate 39 for 14 miles, then take exit 122A onto E. Highway 20 toward Belvidere.
4. Continue on E. Highway 20 for 13 miles, then turn left onto Garden Prairie Road.
5. Turn right onto Woodstock Road after 4.2 miles, then turn left onto S. Hughes Road after 11 miles.
6. Turn right onto Nelson Road after 3.3 miles, then turn right onto Charles Road after 2 miles.
7. Stay straight to continue onto State Route 120 after 4.2 miles, then turn left onto N. Martin Road after 4.1 miles.
8. Turn left onto N. Ringwood Road after 1 mile, then travel 5.6 miles to Johnsburg High School.

FAN PARKING INFORMATION

Rochelle fans will park in the grass area just north of the football field. To enter the grass parking area follow the signage for visitor parking. Fans will proceed all the way down Skyhawk Drive to the gravel road before the bus depot and then turn into the grass area.

Parking attendants will be assigning parking spots. Johnsburg will be selling tickets in the white shed near the visitors’ bleachers. The Illinois High School Association has set the ticket price for the quarter-final game at $5.00. NO PASSES WILL BE ACCEPTED!
