ROCHELLE — Local league bowler Josh Grove rolled his 37th career 300 game on Monday, Sept. 20 at T-Byrd Lanes in Rochelle, marking the first of the new season at the “Hub City” alleys.
The feat was especially notable for the accomplished southpaw as it brought his total number of sanctioned perfect games back up equal to his age.
“I had fallen behind having one 300 for every year, but now I’m back even,” joked Grove.
