ROCHELLE — The Rochelle varsity girls bowling team hosted Morris at T-Byrd Lanes on Tuesday, with the Lady Hubs falling by a score of 2,954-2,029 to drop to 0-10 on the season. Freshman Alyssa Schwanert led Rochelle with a team-best 474 series and a high game of 182.
Morris took the first game 954-710 behind 202 from Angel Heck. Schwanert’s high game propelled Rochelle in the opener, while senior Autumn Headon added 132. The Redskins won the second game 944-660 with Olivia Schultz rolling 195 for Morris and Headon shooting 149 for the Lady Hubs.
Morris closed out the sweep by winning the third game 1,056-659. Jen Artega shot 197 for the Redskins, with Heck adding 187. Headon rolled 156 to finish with a 437 series for Rochelle, while Schwanert added 158.
