Otha L. Woods, 46, of Rockford, was stopped for an equipment violation on Feb. 4 at 7:46 p.m., on Illinois Route 72 at Interstate 39 in Ogle County and was charged with driving while license suspended. Woods was released on an I-bond.

STERLING – Otha L. Woods, 46, of Rockford, was stopped for an equipment violation on Feb. 4 at 7:46 p.m., on Illinois Route 72 at Interstate 39 in Ogle County and was charged with driving while license suspended. Woods was released on an I-bond.
Peter J. Conley, 21, of Madison, Wisconsin, was stopped for speeding on Feb. 4 at 11:43 p.m., on Caron Road at Flagg Road in Rochelle and was charged with resisting/obstructing a peace officer, failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash and speeding. Conley was also wanted on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant and a Rock County, Wisconsin warrant for failure to appear for fleeing to elude. Conley was transported to the Ogle County Jail.
