Sergio Revuleta-Diaz, 39, of Chicago, was stopped for improper lane usage on Sept. 19 at 1:59 a.m. on Illinois Route 251 at Standard Oil Road in Rochelle and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, failure to signal when required, no insurance and operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic device. Revuleta-Diaz was released on an I-Bond.
