Alex R. Dodson, 48, of Rochelle, was stopped for no registration light on Sept. 26 at 1:44 a.m. on Main Street at Avenue G in Rochelle and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, failure to carry driver’s license on person and no registration light. Dodson was released on an I-Bond.
