Man arrested for driving under the influence

On March 5 at approximately 1:15 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Illinois Route 26 and Peek Home Road for a moving violation. After a brief investigation, Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Terry Turner, 32, of Dixon, for driving under the influence of alcohol. Turner was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
March 6
On March 6 at 8:29 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop at Illinois Route 251 and Steward Road. After a short investigation deputies arrested Lesley Foster, 29, of Chicago, for improper cannabis container, driving while license suspended, no valid license and obstruction of justice. Foster was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held without Bond. Deputies were assisted on scene by Rochelle Police
On March 7 at 5:59 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on Lighthouse Road and Daysville Road for a traffic violation. After a short investigation, Dustin Hutcherson, 32, of Rochelle, was arrested for improper cannabis container/driver and driving while license suspended. Hutcherson was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
On March 7 at a pproximately 11:15 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Laura L. Madden, 55, of Leaf River, at an address in Leaf River. Madden was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant for driving while license suspended. She posted $450.00 bond, was released, and will have no further court appearances.
March 8
On March 8 at approximately 4:18 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Illinois Route 64 and Woodlawn Road. After further investigation, deputies arrested Kayla Palin, 27, of Rockford, for improper cannabis container. Palin was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.
