Officers issue multiple speeding citations

On May 25 at 9:25 a.m., Rochelle police cited Zachary Long, 18, of Rochelle, for speeding 53 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He issued a promise to comply.
On May 25 at 10:53 a.m., Rochelle police cited Joseph Miller, 26, of Lee, for speeding 52 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He issued a promise to comply.
On May 25 at 2:28 p.m., Rochelle police cited Paulino Flores-Barrera, 28, of Rochelle, for speeding 54 m.p.h. in a 35 m.p.h. zone. He issued a promise to comply.  
On May 25 at 8:25 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Russell L. Lee, 35, of Milwaukee, for driving with a suspended license and speeding 90 m.p.h. in a 70 m.p.h. zone. He posted I-bond.
On May 25 at 1:04 p.m., Rochelle police cited Barbara A. Kramer, 33, of Rochelle, for speeding 48 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. She issued a promise to comply.
On May 25 at 2:04 p.m., Rochelle police cited Owen M. Shapiro, of Evanston, for speeding 102 m.p.h. in a 70 m.p.h. zone. He was issued a notice to appear.
On May 25 at 7:45 p.m., Rochelle police cited John D. Sexton, 55, of Rochelle for disobeying a traffic control device. He issued a promise to comply.
On May 26 at 10:47 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Joel L. Schneider, 55, of Compton, for speeding 52 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. She issued a promise to comply.
On May 26 at 2:49 p.m., Rochelle police cited Arturo, Lazaro-Uribe, 23, of Malta, for speeding 46 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He issued a promise to comply.

On May 26 at 1:04 p.m., Rochelle police cited Flor Robles, 53, of Rochelle, for speeding 44 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He issued a promise to comply.
On May 26 at 3:22 p.m., Rochelle police cited Ana Angel Rivera, 26, of Elgin, for disobeying a traffic control devices. She issued a promise to comply.
On May 26 at 3:33 p.m., Rochelle police cited a 17-year-old Juvenile, of Polo, for disobeying a traffic control device. He issued a promise to comply.
On May 26 at 4:06 p.m., Rochelle police cited Michelle Naumann, 54, of Sycamore, for no insurance. She issued a promise to comply.
On May 29, Rochelle police cited Scott A. Stevens, 26, of Rochelle, for speeding 47 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He issued a promise to comply.
On May 29 at 2:43 p.m., Rochelle police cited Juan A. Penaran-Cacique, 24, of Rochelle, for speeding 51 m.p.h. in a 35 m.p.h. zone. He issued a promise to comply.
On May 29 at 2:37 p.m., Rochelle police cited Michael Taylor, 48, of DeKalb, for speeding 60 m.p.h. in a 40 m.p.h. zone. He issued a promise to comply.  
On May 29 at 1:51 Rochelle police cited Kenneth R. Johanning, 27, of Rochelle, for speeding 48 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He issued a promise to comply.
On May 29 at 8:50 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Mathew R. Moss, 27, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County Warrant. He posted a recognizance bond.
On May 29 at 10:21 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Patrick Larson, 20, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. He posted a recognizance bond.
On May 30 at 3:56 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Kodee Lee, Brake, 30, of North Carolina, for a Jefferson County warrant. He was transported to jail.
On May 30 at 1:28 p.m., Rochelle police cited Nicole D. LaPage, 20, of Rochelle, for driving while license revoked and not having insurance. She issued a promise to comply.
On May 30 at 2:08 p.m., Rochelle police cited Kyle Copeland, 21, of Cortland, for speeding, 67 m.p.h. in a 35 m.p.h. zone and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He issued a promise to comply.
On May 30 at 2:24 p.m., Rochelle police cited Carly Watson, 31, of Rochelle, for dricing while license suspended, She issued a promise to comply.
On May 30 at 10:35 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Josepeh Bellows, 59, of Sagtinaw, Minnesota, for driving under the influence. She posted I-bond.
On May 30 at 10:16 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Enrique Vasquez, 28, of Rochelle, for failure to reduce speed, leaving the scene of an accident and operating an unisured motor vehicle. He posted I-Bond.
On June 1 at 12:31 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Antoine Holmes Jr., 30, of Rochelle, for criminal trespass to property. He was transported to jail.
