Ogle County Sheriff's Report: April 20-22

On April 20 at 1:38 p.m., deputies responded to 2494 S. Daysville Road in reference to a domestic disturbance. After an investigation, Debra L. Dyers, 60, Oregon, was arrested for two counts of domestic battery. Dyers was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Ogle County Sheriff's Report: April 20-22

On April 20 at 1:38 p.m., deputies responded to 2494 S. Daysville Road in reference to a domestic disturbance. After an investigation, Debra L. Dyers, 60, Oregon, was arrested for two counts of domestic battery. Dyers was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. 

April 21

On April 21 at 6:42 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 900 block of South Caron Road. After further investigation, Matthew M. Lovejoy, 30, New Milford, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended. Lovejoy was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

On April 21 at 10:17 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Sixth and Washington streets in Rochelle. After further investigation, Dwaine Hampton, III, 23, Rochelle, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended. Hampton was also issued citations for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no rear registration light. Hampton was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.    

April 22

On April 22 at 2:17 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of South Second Avenue in Forreston for the report of a break-in. After an investigation, Colton Moser, 19, Leaf River, was arrested for domestic battery. Moser was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held without bond.

On April 22 at 9:59 p.m., deputies responded to a disabled vehicle near the intersection of Illinois Route 72 and Fork Creek Road. After further investigation, Paris Reid, 28, Clinton Iowa, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended. Reid was also cited for illegal transportation of alcohol. Reid was released on an individual bond and will appear in court at a later date.
