On Dec. 14 at approximately 7:05 hours p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 9,000 block of North Baileyville Road. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Tina M. Eiseman, 54, of Freeport for driving while license revoked and improper container of cannabis/driver. Eiseman was taken into custody without incident and released on a notice to appear. Eiseman was also cited for an inoperable registration light.

Ogle County Sheriff’s Report: Dec. 14-17

OREGON — On Dec. 14 at approximately 7:05 hours p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 9,000 block of North Baileyville Road. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Tina M. Eiseman, 54, of Freeport for driving while license revoked and improper container of cannabis/driver. Eiseman was taken into custody without incident and released on a notice to appear. Eiseman was also cited for an inoperable registration light.

On Dec. 14 at approximately 7:23 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop near mile marker 107 on Interstate 39. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile of Streator for no valid license. The juvenile was taken into custody without incident and released on an I-Bond. The juvenile was also cited for an inoperable registration light.

On Dec. 15 at approximately 12:09 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Walmart parking lot in Rochelle. After an investigation, deputies arrested Christopher Reed, 27, of Ashton for driving while license revoked. Reed was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

On Dec. 16 at approximately 1:51 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Main Street in Forreston. After investigation, Deputies issued Malerie Busche, 26, of Byron citations for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle and an expired registration. Busche was released on an I-Bond at the scene and was given a future court date.  

On Dec. 16 at about 9:35 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 39 at mile marker 99 on a 2010 Chrysler Sebring for a registration violation. During the stop, the driver of the Chrysler, Elijah Hansen, 23, of Rockford was advised of an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Hansen then drove away from the stop. Deputies were able to deploy STOP sticks just five miles from the original stop and take Hansen into custody. Hansen was charged with aggravated fleeing to elude police, driving on a revoked license and no license. Hansen also received citations for improper display of registration and failure to apply for damaged plates. Hansen also had two arrest warrants from Rockford Police for criminal damage to property and aggravated fleeing to elude police. Hansen was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.   

On Dec. 17 at approximately 3:14 a.m. deputies initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Illinois Route 2 and Ashelford Drive. After further investigation, Damarcus Belcher, 26, of Rockford, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended. Belcher was also cited for no rear registration light. Belcher was released on an I-Bond. A passenger in the vehicle, Courtney Delgado, 27, of Rockford, was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol.
