On Feb. 15 at approximately 10:04 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 39 at mile marker 106. After investigation, deputies placed Isaac Martinez, 24, of Combined Locks, Wisconsin under arrest for no valid driver's license. Martinez was additionally issued citations for an inoperable registration light and operating an uninsured vehicle. Martinez was released on an I-Bond at the scene and given a future court date.

On Feb. 15 at approximately 11:31 p.m. deputies responded to a disturbance in the 7,000 block of West Lowell Park Road. After investigation, deputies placed Stafanie Page, 51, of Mt. Morris under arrest for disorderly conduct. Page was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.
On Feb. 15 at approximately 10:34 p.m. deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash with an injury in the 1,000 block of East Illinois Route 64. After investigation, deputies learned that a black Dodge Durango driven by Cale Sandell, 35, of Oregon was traveling eastbound on Illinois Route 64 just east of Daysville Road. Sandell then struck the elevated median before traveling into the westbound lane and off into the north ditch. Sandell then struck a ditch embankment before overturning his vehicle at least once and coming to rest in the north ditch. The Dodge Durango sustained heavy damage. Sandell was transported to Mercy Riverside Hospital by Oregon EMS for serious injuries. Sandell was later placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. Sandell was additionally issued citations for improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and illegal transportation of alcohol. Sandell was released on an I-bond at the hospital and given a future court date.
