On Oct. 29 at 1:49 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 18,000 block of Illinois Route 64 and after a short investigation arrested Andrew Rodriguez, 20, of Rockford for no valid driver's license. Rodriguez was released at the scene and will appear in court on Dec. 3 at 9 a.m.

OREGON — On Oct. 29 at 1:49 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 18,000 block of Illinois Route 64 and after a short investigation arrested Andrew Rodriguez, 20, of Rockford for no valid driver's license. Rodriguez was released at the scene and will appear in court on Dec. 3 at 9 a.m.
On Oct. 29 at approximately 2:03 p.m. deputies responded to a single vehicle accident in the 1,500 block of North Union Road involving a 2013 Buick Regal operated by Kym M. Bernard, 57, of Polo. After investigation, it was discovered that the vehicle was travelling North on Union Road when the vehicle veered to the left side of the roadway striking a culvert causing the vehicle to overturn and land off the west side of the road. Bernard was transported to KSB for minor injuries by Polo Fire. Bernard was cited for improper traffic lane usage and seat belt required.
