On April 25 at 9:54 p.m., Raul Martinez, 25, Des Moines, Iowa, was stopped for driving while license suspended after being stopped at Route 251 and Steward Road. He signed a promise to comply and is to appear in court in Rochelle May 21.

On April 25 at 11:11 p.m., Kimberly B. Lowery, 35, Sterling, was arrested for obstructing an ID following a call for theft. She posted an I-bond and was given a court date of May 28 in Oregon.

April 26

On April 26 at 8:19 p.m., Tyree Simmons, 18, Rochelle, was cited for no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop at Seventh Street and Fourth Avenue. She posted an I-bond and is to appear in court in Rochelle June 4.

On April 26 at 10:30 p.m., Tommy Price, 32, Rochelle, was arrested on a Livingston County warrant. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail.

Clarification

On April 21, it was wrongly reported that Raul Avila was arrested for having a dog at large. Avila was warned, he was not taken into custody.

Correction

On April 24, it was incorrectly reported that Thomas B. Shaw was arrested following a domestic incident. Shaw was arrested following a traffic stop at Sixth Avenue and Lincoln Highway.
