On April 29 at 8:50 a.m., Jackie Lee Pugh, Jr., was arrested for violating an order of protection at 304 E. Ill. Route 38 in Rochelle. He was transported to the Ogle County Jail in Oregon.

On April 29 at 10:25 a.m., Robert L. Cook, 31, Rochelle, was arrested on two DeKalb County warrants at 510 Lincoln Highway in Rochelle. He was transported to the DeKalb County Jail.

On April 29 at 8:55 p.m., Brandi N. Fletcher, 27, Rockford, was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. The incident occurred at North Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue. She posted an individual bond and was given a court date in Rochelle of June 4.
