ROCHELLE — On Aug. 2 at 2:14 p.m. Amanda Knuckles, 31, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Crawford County warrant and transferred.

On Aug. 2 at 5:05 p.m. Eddie K. Barbee, 41, of DeKalb was arrested on outstanding warrants in DeKalb, Lee, Kendall, and Kane counties and transferred.

On Aug. 2 at 10:35 p.m. Mario Reynosa Montalvo, 27, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended and cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 2 at 9 a.m. Joelle N. Hurt, 31, of Decatur was arrested on three outstanding Macon County warrants and transferred.

On Aug. 3 at 4 p.m. Tobias Whetsel, 43, of Rochelle was arrested for theft under $500. He was released on a notice to appear and given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 3 at 9:07 p.m. Amyah C. Plenty, 32, of DeKalb was cited for suspended registration/noninsured. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 4 at 5:44 p.m. Heather B. Bonnell, 42 of Rochelle was cited for no valid registration and no insurance. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 4 at 2:53 p.m. Antonio Martinez, 50, of Lee was arrested for driving while license suspended. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 4 at 9:23 a.m. Jeffrey S. Strand, 42, of Deltona, Florida was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 4 at 4:32 p.m. Clara T. Osborn, 21, of Malta was arrested for retail theft. She was released on a notice to appear with a Sept. 6 Ogle County court date.

On Aug. 4 at 9:50 p.m. Arturo Pena, 24, of Rochelle was arrested for graffiti defacement. He was released on a notice to appear with a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 6 at 9:46 a.m. Anna M. Lane, 74, of Rochelle was cited for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 21 Ogle County court date.

On Aug. 5 at 6:44 p.m. Michael J. McMurray, 45, of Esmond was cited for no valid registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 5 at 9:48 p.m. Ryan N. Ward, 19, of Rochelle was cited for no valid registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 6 at 12:53 a.m. Brookelynn E. Andersen, 22, of Loves Park was cited for speeding and no insurance. She valid registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.
