ROCHELLE — On Sept. 25 at 2:38 a.m. Brayan Orozco Ramos, 23, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.
On Sept. 25 at 1:47 p.m. Brooks E. Kelly, 46, of Rochelle was arrested on a Van Buren County warrant and transferred.
On Sept. 25 at 9:26 a.m. Dena R. McCoy, 52, of Lindenwood was cited for failure to yield right of way. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.
On Sept. 26 at 5:35 p.m. Lisa A. Kopplin, 55, of Rochelle was arrested on a Woodford County warrant and transferred.
On Sept. 26 at 2:12 p.m. Jason A. Eldon, 39, of Oregon was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was released on a notice to appear with an Oct. 25 Ogle County court date.
On Sept. 26 at 4:52 p.m. Priscilla A. Withrow, 32, of Rochelle was arrested for criminal trespass. She was released on a notice to appear with an Oct. 25 Ogle County court date.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
