ROCHELLE — On Sept. 21 at 1:45 a.m. Diego A. Hernandez, 33, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence and cited for no insurance and disobeying a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 20 at 12:43 p.m. Michelle L. Hunt, 49, of Ashton was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 20 at 1:08 p.m. Eliseo Hueramo, 36, of Rochelle was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 20 at 3:03 p.m. a 16-year-old juvenile of DeKalb was cited for unlawful possession of cannabis-driver and speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 20 at 4:34 p.m. Samuel A. Tracey, 18, of Rochelle was cited for operating a vehicle with suspended registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 20 at 8:37 p.m. Gerald G. Fogle, 58, of Rockford was cited for disobeying a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 21 at 11:33 a.m. Anjolie E. Hall, 19, of Rochelle was arrested on an Ogle County warrant. She paid $240 and was released.

On Sept. 22 at 4:08 p.m. Breanna C. Hansen, 39, of Rochelle was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver (meth). She was released on a notice to appear with an Oct. 25 Ogle County court date.

On Sept. 22 at 10:08 p.m. Pablo Sanchez, 51, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence X2. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 22 at 8:49 p.m. Joseph N. Degand III, 40, of Ashton was cited for speeding 66 in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 22 at 7:05 p.m. Sherlyn Rojas, 20, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign and improper lighting. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 23 at 3:17 p.m. a 16-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was cited for speeding 64 in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 23 at 10:01 p.m. Cynthia C. Childress, 45, of Rochelle was cited for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 18 Rochelle court date.
