ROCHELLE — On Aug. 20 at 2:59 p.m. Louis A. Cote, 67, of Rochelle was arrested for battery. He was released on a notice to appear with a Sept. 20 Ogle County court date.
On Aug. 20 at 11:13 p.m. Jose Escobar-Maldonado, 35, of Rockford was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Aug. 21 at 5:11 a.m. Rueben G. Ramos, 38, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Aug. 22 at 2:55 a.m. Isaac Chavez Mascorro, 20, of Rochelle was cited for unlawful possession of cannabis/driver and display license plate attachment. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Aug. 22 at 11:07 a.m. Larry E. Barnes III, 35, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license revoked and for an outstanding Lee County warrant. He paid $50 and was released with a Sept. 19 Lee County court date.
On Aug. 22 at 3:43 p.m. Santiago Montes, 36, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
