ROCHELLE – On Aug. 27 at 8:25 a.m. Aaron J. Hying, 39, of Milton, Wisconsin was arrested for violation of an order of protection and transferred.
On Aug. 28 at 8:52 p.m. Austin T. Cupp, 24, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence, no insurance and failure to reduce speed. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Oct. 1.
On Aug. 28 at 8:39 p.m. Jose A. Nambo-Belmonte, 36, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Oct. 1.
On Aug. 29 at 11:24 p.m. Joseph A. Gridley, 58, of Rochelle was arrested for violation of hours of sale. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Oct. 1.
On Aug. 29 at 4:39 p.m. Saundra Behm, 49, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.
On Aug. 29 at 4:55 p.m. Anita Chavez, 30, of Rochelle was arrested for battery. She was released on an I-Bond and given an Ogle County court date of Oct. 8. Chavez was also arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant. She paid $300 and was given a Sept. 22 court date.
