ROCHELLE — On Aug. 6 at 5:10 a.m. Paul Perez, 30, of Rochelle was cited for speeding and improper passing. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.
On Aug. 6 at 6:10 p.m. Andrew C. Krause, 34, of DeKalb was arrested on an outstanding DeKalb County warrant. He was released on a notice to appear with an Aug. 20 DeKalb County court date.
On Aug. 6 at 9:48 p.m. Giselle Montoya, 19, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.
On Aug. 6 at 11:29 p.m. Roberto Esparza-Rubio, 35, of DeKalb was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.
On Aug. 6 at 4:38 p.m. Justin M. Carraher, 36, of Rochelle was arrested for retail theft. He was released on a notice to appear with a Sept. 6 Ogle County court date.
On Aug. 7 at 7:14 p.m. Maddex Ramos, 20, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
