On Aug. 9 at 7:07 p.m. Ryan P. Pelan, 43, of Rochelle was cited for cell phone use. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.
On Aug. 9 at 7:29 p.m. Fatmir Fejzoski, 29, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Aug. 30 Rochelle court date.
On Aug. 10 at 12:03 a.m. Sandra J. Lawton, 55, of Kirkland was cited for disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Aug. 10 at 12:19 a.m. Cordarious D. Mann, 33, of Jackson, Tennessee was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 10 at 8:44 a.m. Chiffon S. Felix, 46, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant. She paid $1,001 and was released.
On Aug. 10 at 2:51 p.m. James P. Kasmar, 32, of Rochelle was arrested on three outstanding Ogle County warrants and transferred.
On Aug. 10 at 5:52 p.m. Justin M. Carraher, 36, of Rochelle was arrested for robbery and resisting arrest and transferred.
On Aug. 10 at 8:26 p.m. Breeann C. Hutchinson, 33, of Rochelle was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Aug. 11 at 12:18 p.m. Rene Garcia-Quinto, 41, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license revoked and cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Aug. 12 at 6:58 a.m. Brian N. Jones, 47, of Dixon was cited for speeding 55 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.
On Aug. 12 at 7:21 a.m. Braden A. Alfano, 20, of Rochelle was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.
