On Dec. 7 at 3:23 p.m. a 17-year-old male juvenile of Rochelle was cited for passing a loading school bus. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Jan. 7.

Rochelle Police Report: Dec. 7-10

ROCHELLE — On Dec. 7 at 3:23 p.m. a 17-year-old male juvenile of Rochelle was cited for passing a loading school bus. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Jan. 7.

On Dec. 8 at 2:33 a.m. Maximus Devers, 20, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Jan. 7.

On Dec. 9 at 9:22 p.m. Jose Esquivel-Medina, 25, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Jan. 21.

On Dec. 10 at 2:14 a.m. Christopher P. Moses, 25, of Rochelle was arrested for two counts of driving under the influence and cited for possession of cannabis, one headlight and no insurance. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Jan. 21.
