On Feb. 13 at 8:11 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Samantha Manley, 26, of Ashton, on four counts of aggravated battery to a police officer, resisting a police officer, domestic battery and battery. She was transported to jail.

On Feb. 14 at 11:19 a.m., Rochelle police cited Saloma Hernandez-Mexhua, 39, of Aurora, for speeding 47 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. She posted a promise to comply.

On Feb. 14 at 1:54 p.m., Rochelle police cited Patrick M. Dean Jr., 37, of Rochelle, for speeding 54 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He posted a promise to comply.

On Feb. 15 at 7:28 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Brenna Walker, 19, of Rochelle, for retail theft. She posted a recognizance bond.

On Feb. 16 at 3:45 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Amanda Craft, 38, of DeKalb, for retail theft. She posted an I-bond.

On Feb. 17 at 11:45 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Sherri Stinnett, 63, of Rochelle, for domestic battery. She was transported to jail.

On Feb. 18 at 8:45 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Christopher Messer, 38, of Rochelle, on a DeKalb County warrant, three Ogle County warrants, Rockford Police Department warrant, McHenry County warrant and driving while license suspended. He was transported to jail.

On Feb. 18 at 8:45 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Kyle Hammonds, 29, of Rochelle, on two Ogle County warrants and possession of hypodermic needles. He posted a recognizance bond.

On Feb. 18 at 7:24 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Nicholas Pillion, 20, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. He posted $300 bond.
