ROCHELLE — On Feb. 16 at 9:34 a.m. Ryan Fleenor, 28, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, He was released on an I-Bond and given a March 18 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 16 at 11:24 p.m. Raul Hernandez-Hernandez, 26, of DeKalb was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 18 Rochelle court date.
On Feb. 17 at 4:54 p.m. Lyle D. Bushland, 49, of Rochelle was arrested for violation of bond condition and transferred.
