On Feb. 2 at 2:28 p.m. Uriah L. Maack, 45, of Malta was cited for speeding 50 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 2 at 3:25 p.m. Hector Deleon III, 18, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 67 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 2 at 4:21 p.m. Nicholas R. Tuliglowski, 27, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 3 at 10:01 a.m. Patricia Mandujano, 41, of Rochelle was arrested for retail theft. She was released on a notice to appear with a March 8 Ogle County court date.

On Feb. 3 at 1:15 p.m. Kristi L. Sanz, 52, of Rodgers, Minnesota was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 15 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 3 at 1:39 p.m. Eric W. Carlton, 28, of DeKalb was cited for speeding 63 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 15 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 3 at 1:54 p.m. Jeremiah M. Clifton, 35, of Malta was cited for speeding 73 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 15 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 3 at 2:12 p.m. Maureen S. Johnson, 56, of Rockford was cited for no valid registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 15 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 3 at 2:25 p.m. a 17-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 15 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 3 at 2:38 p.m. Joanie R. Novak, 47, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 15 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 3 at 7:46 a.m. a 17-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was cited for speeding 51 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone and for operating an uninsured vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 15 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 3 at 3:23 p.m. Shantal R. Howlett, 26, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 61 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 15 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 4 at 9:57 a.m. Rossi K. Aves, 48, of Creston was cited for no valid registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 15 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 4 at 10:24 a.m. German M. Coyomani, 32, of Rochelle was cited for failure to secure a child and speeding 62 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 15 Rochelle court date.
