On Jan. 29 at 9:49 p.m. Gabriel M. Williams Torres, 29, of Rochelle was cited for a Scott’s Law violation. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 29 at 2:18 p.m. Jesus M. Rea, 24, of Antioch was cited for speeding 56 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 29 at 8:36 p.m. Antonio Hueramo, 19, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 29 at 11:09 p.m. Paul Merritt, 40, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license revoked. He was released on a notice to appear with a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 30 at 5:32 a.m. Silvia J. Sepulveda, 62, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license. She was released on a notice to appear with a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 30 at 10:38 a.m. Christina M. Pelayo, 46, of Rochelle was arrested for criminal trespass to residence. She was released on a notice to appear with a Feb. 23 Ogle County court date.

On Jan. 30 at 11:51 a.m. Conlin B. Fifer, 22, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 61 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 30 at 4:56 p.m. Paula Montanez, 50, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 56 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 30 at 10:03 p.m. Rueben C. Burgess, 33, of Rochelle was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County failure to appear warrant and transferred.

On Jan. 31 at 11:16 a.m. Sherlyn C. Rojas, 19, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 64 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 31 at 9:42 p.m. Sonia Teutla, 33, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.

On Feb. 1 at 7:41 a.m. Brandon E. Anderson, 34, of Rochelle was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and for an outstanding Ogle County warrant. Anderson was transferred for the warrant and given a March 1 Ogle County court date.

On Feb. 1 at 4:50 p.m. Maria V. Oquendo, 59, of Rochelle was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given a March 1 Rochelle court date.
