On July 20 at 10:53 a.m. Robin C. Novack, 53, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license revoked. She was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 27.
On July 20 at 3:17 p.m. Julie A. Miller, 62, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 27.
On July 21 at 3:11 a.m. Cornelio Hernandez, 31, of Rockford was arrested for two outstanding Ogle County warrants for driving under the influence and cited for improper lane usage. He was given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 27.
On July 21 at 8:16 p.m. Kyle S. Lowe, 32, of Rochelle was arrested for possession of controlled substance and transferred.
On July 22 at 4:21 a.m. Robert J. Blahnik, 61, of Rockford was cited for failure to reduce speed. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 27.
On July 23 at 1:10 a.m. Alvaro E. Mireles, 58, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.
On July 23 at 1:14 a.m. James M. Hernandez, 41, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.
