ROCHELLE — On July 6 at 7 a.m. Alexxius M. Hicks, 26, of Carol Stream was cited for speeding 66 m.p.h. in a 40 m.p.h. zone and possession of cannabis. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 13.

On July 6 at 11:56 a.m. Randell J. Welch, 54, of Stillwater, Oklahoma was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 13.

On July 6 at 1:54 p.m. Rodney Beese, 63, of Rockford was arrested for aggravated robbery and transferred to the Ogle County Jail and later to FBI custody.

On July 6 at 10:29 p.m. Joshua Hoole, 36, of Marion was arrested on outstanding warrants from Ogle County and Williamson County and transferred.

On July 7 at 7:50 p.m. Darrell A. Williamson, 47, of Rochelle was arrested on two outstanding Ogle County warrants and transferred.

On July 7 at 9 a.m. Jacob L. Scarbrough, 25, of Rochelle was arrested on three outstanding Ogle County warrants and transferred.

On July 8 at 3:18 a.m. Maria E. Galvin, 59, of Belvidere was cited for no insurance. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 13.

On July 8 at 5 p.m. Stephanie A. O’Neill, 32, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended. She was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 13.

On July 9 at 12:33 a.m. Justin N. Balaban, 28, of Rochelle was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting a peace officer and possession of hypodermic syringes. He was released on an I-Bond and given an Ogle County court date of Aug. 13.
