On June 2 at 2:24 a.m. Marcos D. Coyomani, 24, of Rochelle was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of July 2. During the same stop, Sylver S. Johnson-Kirksy, 24, of Rochelle was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of July 2.

On June 2 at 5:37 a.m. Bryan A. Contreras, 22, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of July 2.
